Roomture Privacy Policy

Roomture — AI Interior Design, operated by MINDSPARC PTE. LTD.

Last updated: August 10, 2026

Roomture redesigns rooms from photos you choose. To do that, those photos have to leave your device and be processed on servers — ours and an AI provider's. This policy says exactly which data that involves, who sees it, and how to get rid of it. There is no account, no password, and no email address involved.

1. Who we are

Roomture is operated by MINDSPARC PTE. LTD., a private limited company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202524844Z). In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to MINDSPARC PTE. LTD.

Roomture takes a photo of a room, an exterior, or a garden and produces a redesigned version of it using generative AI. It also offers narrower edits — repainting walls, replacing flooring, removing clutter, or swapping a single object.

2. Information we collect

We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other contact details, and there is no sign-up or login. What we do handle is limited to the following:

DataWhyWhere it goes
Photos you select or take in the app They are the input to the redesign Our servers, then the AI provider
Images the AI generates for you So your work is there when you come back Our servers
Your choices for a design (room type, style, colour, material, or the instruction you type) They form the instruction sent to the AI Our servers, then the AI provider
A random device identifier generated by the app Ties your designs and your subscription to your device without an account Our servers
Push notification token (only if you allow notifications) To tell you a design finished Our servers, then Apple
Thumbs up / thumbs down on a result To find out which styles produce good results Our servers
Subscription status and generation count To apply your plan's limits Our servers

The device identifier is generated by the app itself. It is not your Apple ID, your advertising identifier, or any hardware serial number, and it does not identify you personally. Deleting and reinstalling the app produces a new one, which means designs made under the previous identifier are no longer reachable from the app.

3. Your photos and generated images

When you pick a photo, it is uploaded to our storage so the AI can work on it, and the generated result is stored alongside it. Both are kept in a private bucket. The app views them through short-lived signed links; the files are not publicly listable or browsable.

We do not look through your photos, and we do not use them to train any AI model. We do not sell them, and we do not share them with anyone other than the AI provider described in the next section.

4. AI processing

Generation is not done by us. Your photo and the instruction built from your choices are sent to OpenRouter (OpenRouter, Inc.), which routes the request to the model that produces your image. The models currently used are Google Gemini and ByteDance Seedream, selected automatically depending on your plan.

This means your photo is processed on infrastructure operated by those providers, under their terms. We send only the image and the generated instruction — never your device identifier, your subscription status, or anything else that would let them connect the request to you or to your other requests.

If you would rather your photos were not processed this way, do not upload them; the app cannot produce a design without sending the image for processing.

5. Data stored on your device

The app keeps a small amount of information locally: the device identifier described above, a session token, whether you have seen the intro screens, whether you accepted this policy, and whether we have already asked you to rate the app. Images you explicitly save go to your photo library, where they are yours. Deleting the app removes everything the app stored on the device.

6. Device permissions

Each permission is requested at the moment you first use the feature that needs it, and every one of them can be declined or revoked in iOS Settings. Declining notifications does not restrict any other part of the app.

7. Push notifications

A design takes roughly half a minute to generate. If you allow notifications, we store the push token iOS gives us so we can tell you when yours is ready or when one failed. The token identifies the app installation on your device, not you. You can turn notifications off inside Roomture's settings or in iOS Settings; turning them off in iOS also stops us from being able to reach the device at all.

8. Purchases

Roomture offers an auto-renewing subscription. Purchases are processed by the store you installed from — Apple through the App Store, or Google through Google Play. We never see or receive your payment card, billing address, Apple ID, or Google account. We store only whether your subscription is currently active and when it renews, so the app knows which limits to apply. Billing, refunds, and cancellation are handled by that store, in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

9. Third-party services & tracking

Roomture contains no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no attribution or advertising SDK, and no advertising. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and the app does not ask for permission to do so because it has no reason to.

The third parties involved in running the service are:

ProviderRoleWhat it receives
SupabaseDatabase and image storageYour photos, generated images, and the records described above
RailwayHosts our API serverRequests passing through, including images in transit
OpenRouter, and the AI models it routes toImage generationThe photo and the generated instruction
AppleApp distribution, purchases, push deliveryPurchase data (held by Apple, not us) and push tokens

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

10. Retention & deletion

Deleting a design in the app deletes its files. When you delete a design from your board, the record, the photo you uploaded for it, and the generated image are all removed from our storage. This is not a hide — the files are gone.

Designs you do not delete are kept so they are still there next time you open the app. Deleting the app from your device does not by itself erase what is on our servers: because there is no account to sign back in to, a reinstall simply loses access to the old designs.

To erase everything at once, use Settings → Delete Account in the app. That removes every design, every photo you uploaded, and the anonymous account itself from our servers. It is immediate and cannot be undone. It does not cancel an active subscription — that is held by the app store and must be cancelled there.

You can also email us (see Contact) and we will delete it for you. Instructions are also available at mindsparc.ai/roomture/account-deletion.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Because Roomture has no accounts, we cannot look you up by name or email. To exercise a right, email developer@mindsparc.ai from the device in question and include the device identifier shown at the bottom of the app's Settings screen — that is the only way we can locate your data. We respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.

Where we rely on consent — for notifications, and for processing the photos you choose to upload — you can withdraw it at any time by turning notifications off or by no longer uploading photos, and by deleting the designs you have already made.

12. Children

Roomture is a home-design tool intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the app and you would like their data removed, contact us and we will delete it.

13. International transfers

We are based in Singapore, and the providers listed above operate in other countries, including the United States. Using Roomture therefore involves transferring your photos and the records described here across borders. We rely on the providers' contractual data protection commitments, including standard contractual clauses where they apply.

14. California privacy rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) gives you certain rights regarding your personal information.

Categories we collect: photographic content that you choose to upload, the design choices you make, a device-generated identifier, a push token if you enable notifications, and your subscription status. We do not collect your name, contact details, precise location, or government identifiers.

No sale or sharing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.

Your rights. You may request to know what personal information we have collected, request its deletion, request correction, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email developer@mindsparc.ai and include your device identifier so we can find your data.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example if a future version of Roomture adds a feature that changes how data is handled. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the change is material, ask you to review it in the app. Your continued use of Roomture after an update means you accept the revised policy.
