This Privacy Policy explains what information the AmpRule iOS app collects and how your data is handled. It is short because there is very little to describe: AmpRule does not collect any user data. The app runs entirely on your device and makes no network requests.

1. Who we are

AmpRule is operated by MINDSPARC PTE. LTD., a private limited company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202524844Z). In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to MINDSPARC PTE. LTD.

AmpRule is an offline reference handbook and calculator set for electricians working to the National Electrical Code. It performs electrical calculations and cites the corresponding NEC article for each result. There is no account system, no login, and no cloud sync.

2. Information we collect

We collect no user data at all. AmpRule contains no networking code: it makes no HTTP requests and communicates with no server of ours or anyone else's. As a result:

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any other contact details.
• We do not collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or IP addresses.
• We do not collect usage or analytics data, and we do not log what you calculate or look up.
• We do not collect location data.
• We have no servers that receive information from the app, so there is nothing for us to store, share, or sell.

3. Data stored on your device

AmpRule saves a small amount of information locally so the app is useful between sessions. This data is written to your device's app storage (iOS UserDefaults and local PDF files) and never leaves your device:

We have no access to any of it. Deleting the app from your device deletes this data along with it.

4. Device permissions

AmpRule requests no system permissions. The app does not ask for access to your camera, photo library, microphone, location, contacts, or any other protected resource.

5. Purchases

AmpRule is free to download and offers a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks Pro features. There is no subscription.

The purchase is handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Apple processes the transaction; we never see, receive, or store your payment card details or any other payment information. Your purchase is recorded on your device as an unlock flag and is restorable through Apple in the usual way. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services & tracking

AmpRule integrates no third-party SDKs. There is no analytics framework, no crash-reporting service, no attribution or advertising SDK, and no advertising of any kind in the app.

We do not track you, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Because the app collects nothing, there is no personal information for us to sell or share.

7. Your rights & data deletion

Since we hold no personal information about you, there is nothing for us to give you a copy of, correct, or delete on our side. All AmpRule data lives on your own device and is under your control: you can clear it by deleting the app.

If you have a question about your information, or believe we hold data about you, email developer@mindsparc.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.

8. Children

AmpRule is a professional reference tool and is not directed to children under 13. Because the app does not collect any data from anyone, we do not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. International users

We are based in Singapore. Because AmpRule transmits no data off your device, using the app does not involve any international transfer of your information.

10. California privacy rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) gives you certain rights regarding your personal information.

Categories we collect: none. AmpRule does not collect any category of personal information as defined under California law.

No sale or sharing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.

Your rights. You may request to know what personal information we have collected, request its deletion, request correction, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we collect nothing, a request to know or delete will confirm that we hold no personal information about you. To make a request, email developer@mindsparc.ai.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example if a future version of AmpRule adds a feature that changes how data is handled. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app. Your continued use of AmpRule after an update means you accept the revised policy.
